Baby Yoga classes are suitable for babies from around 8 weeks up to a mobile baby. They are designed to help your baby stretch and develop their strength. These classes can also be used as a starting point before starting “Crawlers to Walkers Yoga”.
So why Baby Yoga?
The main focus point is on moves and holds for baby by implementing gentle Yoga poses whilst the babies are having fun. The lifts and holds allow mum’s to stretch out and tone up.
Could all parents please bring with them a blanket in order to lay their baby on.
