A fun and energetic workout for mummy and their little ones in their buggies. The class lasts an hour and mums have been known to burn over 800 calories.
The workout targets all over your body, so ‘you can train that bum and tum and still be a mum’. Exercises can include squats, lunges, dips and the plank. We also make sure your baby gets involved too!
We take time in the class to strengthen our core and pelvic floor, which will have been weakened after birth. Come along and meet new mums, have a great work out, spend some quality time with your baby and have lots and lots of fun.
