My name is Nichola Caughney, I am the owner of Baby Bunnies.

I am a qualified Childcare Professional and my life is pretty much consumed by all things infant!

 

Since leaving school at 16 years old I have always been involved in child care. 

 

After completing my NNEB (nursery nurse qualification) at aged 18 I was trusted to be a private Nanny for several professional families; this gave me great life experience and confirmed that my future was in providing a safe and harmonious environment for both children and busy parents.

I continued to work in private day nurseries and Nanny Services until age 25 at which time I moved into Community Nursery Nursing for the NHS. During this period I was involved with midwives, health visitors, speech and language therapists and delivering training on baby massage and yoga. Throughout my whole career I have had close working relationships with Doctors and child psychologists  which has assisted in my development of understanding both children and parents needs.

 

Aged 25 I moved into Government run children’s centre’s delivering family support and parenting programmes up until having my first  child Freya; now aged 12 years old. 3 years later I had my second beautiful daughter, Bella .

 

                                                        Now as all of you parents know having children is a life changing experience and as a working mum I had limited time to make my work and home life balance, so I decided to put my love, experience and knowledge of childcare to good use and started Baby Bunnies in 2014.

 

Over the years Baby Bunnies has gone from strength to strength, connecting families from all over South Yorkshire & North Lincolnshire creating friendships and memories to last a lifetime. 

 

I would love to meet even more families and little ones at our interactive classes as I know from both personal and work experience how beneficial they are for everyone.
